1. Who can use it

Parents and guardians (18+) create accounts and buy plans. Children use the learning room under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision.

2. Free trial and free rooms

A new parent account gets a free trial of the full learning room, with no card needed. Some rooms and letters are always free. When the trial ends you can keep using the free parts, and your progress is kept.

3. Plans

• Learning-room subscription (monthly or yearly) renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time under My Account → Manage billing; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Live-class bundles are one-time purchases that add class credits to your account and may include some days of learning-room access. One credit books one learner into one class.

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Booking and cancelling classes

• Booking closes one hour before a class starts. Classes have limited seats.
• Cancel at least 12 hours before the start to have your credit returned. Later cancellations do not get the credit back.
• If we cancel or reschedule a class, we return your credit.
• Credits are valid for [decide: e.g. 6 months from purchase, or no expiry].

5. Refunds

Refunds for live-class bundles follow our Refund Policy ([confirm that its schedule applies to unused credits]). For subscriptions: [decide: e.g. no refund for a period already started, unless the law requires otherwise]. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

6. Using the app

Please do not try to break, copy or resell the content, or share a parent account’s sign-in with people outside your household. The lessons, recordings, images and text belong to Yazh Kalaiyagam or its licensors and are provided for personal learning.

7. Our promise and its limits

We work hard to make the lessons accurate and the service reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy, changes, law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify signed-in parents first. These terms are governed by the laws of [the United Arab Emirates / emirate — confirm].
